OGCE iMacros Test Instructions

These are instructions for running iMacros tests on the gadget container. This requires the FireFox web browser with the iMacros plugin installed.

Get iMacros for FireFox
Download and install iMacros.

Configure iMacros Paths
You must point iMacros to the ogce-tests/iMacros subdirectory, as shown below.

Run the Tests
- Install the OGCE portal software (use mvn clean install)
- Start the gadget container's tomcat server (use startup-gadget-container.sh).
- Point your browser to https://localhost:7443/ishindig-webapp You will need to accept our generated SSL certificate.
- Start iMacros. You should now see the following screen.
- Run the tests. Run the test OGCE-Test-Initial-Setup first, since this will set up a test user account.
- If you want to re-run the initial setup tests, you will need to delete the test user. Do this through the admin interface.
